Booking Terms & Conditions

  • Tariffs are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Vehicles are subject to availability.
  • Time & Kilometers will start from the customer’s point.
  • Passengers must verify the driver’s name and ID before boarding.
  • If idle waiting exceeds 2 hours and 30 km, the ride will be converted to a 4-hour package (Indica / Indigo / Logan / Swift / Etios).
  • If idle waiting exceeds 1 hour and 40 km, the ride will be converted to a 5-hour package (Tavera / Innova / Xylo).
  • Hourly packages apply only within city limits.
  • A 10-minute grace period is included in hourly packages. After that, the next hourly package is applied.

Outstation Travel

  • Outstation timing is calculated from 00:01 to 23:59 hrs with a minimum of 250 km/day.
  • Toll, parking, and state permit charges are excluded from the base fare.
  • Permit charges are approximate and vary based on time and state.
  • 50% advance payment is required for outstation rides along with valid ID proof.
  • Speed, passenger count, and luggage limits must follow traffic and RTO regulations.
  • Drivers may refuse to board passengers under the influence of alcohol or drugs or those who exhibit unsafe behavior.
  • While efforts are made to ensure timely arrivals, the company is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond control.

Complaints & Safety

  • For complaints about the driver or service, contact Guest Care: 98410 36666.
  • While care is taken, the company is not responsible for loss or damage to luggage or personal items left in the vehicle.
  • Vehicles are well-maintained; however, the company is not liable in case of mechanical breakdown.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be informed at least 1 hour before reporting time by calling 7460006000 or 28889999.
  • Failing to do so will result in a ₹100 cancellation charge.

Offers

  • Any offers announced by Fast Track Pvt Ltd are valid only for first-time users.
