How we use Location information collected from Mobile Apps
We collect drivers real time location from app and use it for dispatching bookings based on location, and tracking of cab after trip has been assigned to a particular driver and till the trip is completed from our platform. Location data collected from our applications are used only for dispatch and tracking of cabs. The location data collected is not used for any advertising purposes or not shared with any third party agencies.
We collect information about your use of the Fasttrack Platform, including ride
information like the date, time, destination, distance, route, payment, and whether you used a
promotional or referral code. We also collect information about your interactions with the
Fasttrack Platform like our apps and websites, including the pages and content you view
and the dates and times of your use. We do not sell the collected personal or sensitive user
data to anyone.
We collect your device’s precise location when you open and use the app, including while the app is running in the background when it is in driver mode. We also collect precise location for a limited time after you exit driver mode in order to detect ride incidents, and continue collecting it until a reported or detected incident is no longer active.
Providing you a secure and safe experience drives our platform, both on the road and on our apps. To do this, we use your personal information to:
• Authenticate users;
• Verify that Drivers and their vehicles meet safety requirements;
• Encourage safe driving behavior and avoid unsafe activities;
• Find and prevent fraud; and
• Block and remove unsafe or fraudulent users
Personal identification information
We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, place an order, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.

Although we will take care, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to luggage or personal property left in the vehicle or after the hire period.
Vehicles are serviced and maintained to the highest levels however in the unfortunate event of breakdown FAST TRACK CALL TAXI (P) LTD cannot be held responsible.
Cancellation need to be informed to call centre 74 6000 6000 / 2888 9999 1hour prior to the reporting time otherwise Rs.100/- will be charged.

Cancellation Terms & Conditions
The description of course is as available in the FAST TRACK Portal.
Normally payment is required before due date.(i.e 5th of every month).
All fees quoted are in Indian Rupees. Fees are subject to change without prior notice.
Your payment will normally reach the FAST TRACK, FAST TRACK account within two working days.
FAST TRACK is not responsible for any delay in receipt of fee payment due to incorrect account number or incorrect personal details. FAST TRACK also cannot accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason.
You will not impair the proper operations of the net work.
You will not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person legal entity.
Your will keep your account password information confidential or any other identification we provide you which allows access to the service.
You will provide us with whatever proof of identify we may reasonability request.
The Company shall be entitled to add to vary or amend or all these terms and conditions at any time and the customer shall be bound by such addition, variation or amendment once such addition, variation or amendment are incorporated into these terms and conditions at company website.
Refunds, if applicable, at the discretion of the management, will only be made to the debit/Credit card used for original transaction. For the avoidance of doubt nothing in this policy shall require the FAST TRACK, refund the fees (or part thereof) unless such Fees (or part thereof) have previously been paid.

CONSENT TO ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION AND TRANSACTIONS:- By clicking the I agree button, You consent to conduct transactions and receive communications , notice and information from us electronically whether sent by e-mail or other electronic means. Electronic Communications shall be deemed to have been received by you when we send the electronic communication to the mail address/mobile number that as per our records, or when we post the electronic communication on the application of the website.
CHOICE OF LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION These Terms shall be govt. by and construed in accordance with, the laws of india, without reference to principles of conflicts of law. The parties agree that the court of Chennai shall have exclusive jurisdiction from or relating to the Terms.
